Linda Grill is the newest member of the LCVA Board and will be representing Lower La Cienega. Paul Murray, Upper La Cienega, Keir Careccio, La Cieneguilla and Carl Dickens, President were all retained.
LCVA Board Agenda
The Board Agenda for Monday’s meeting is below.
Please note special guest Lisa Roach with County Open Space who will provide an update on their work on the County’s Santa Fe River open space.
Also note the proposed commercial lot at Las Lagunitas. Bob Tillman, the developer who purchased the last phase of Las Lagunitas has expressed interest in converting Lot 106 to a commercial application. LCVA is aware the original developers had designated the lot as commercial, but LCVA was told by County staff that the developers never went through County process to formalize the commercial designation. As a result, the lot is currently zoned residential which was confirmed by the La Cienega – La Cieneguilla Planning Committee during the process of amending our community plan and proposing a zoning map. LCVA is interested to hear from residents, especially Las Lagunitas residents, about their thoughts on Mr. Tillman’s proposal to create a commercial lot.
