Membership

Any adult, 18 years old or older, who has been a resident of, or owner of real estate located within, the designated boundaries of the La Cienega Valley, as defined by the La Cienega and La Cieneguilla Traditional Historic and Community Planning Area Boundary Map adopted by New Mexico Statute and in Section 6.2 of Santa Fe County Ordinance No. 2002-9, for a minimum of one year may become a member of the association. Membership requires proof of residency and payment of dues and/or assessments, if any, as prescribed by the association. Membership requirements can be met with photo identification and/or utility bill, property deed, or property tax valuation issued over one year ago that verifies the physical address listed. Verification is required prior to being allowed to vote on any LCVA business. Membership is free at this time. Each registered member shall be entitled to one vote in the election of the Board of Directors. Registration may be completed at any time, including the day of an election.
