Community Party and Potluck Noon to 4 on the Infield at the Downs

It is coming together – the music and entertainment for Saturday’s Party and Potluck.

At noon we begin the entertainment with the young (ages 4-14) hoop dancers from the Pueblo of Pojoaque

Next up is the “Salt and Pepper Shakers” a teenage La Cienega band playing folk rock.

Then Michael Sheppard (Executive Director, Big Sky Learning) shares his blend of folk and soft rock.

We are waiting to hear if the afternoon’s entertainment will conclude with a performance by Lone Pinon and a taste of Northern New Mexico music.

Please remember this is a potluck and here are the food assignments.

If your last name begins with A-H please bring a main dish.
Last name begins with I-P a side dish
Q-Z something sweet.

To get to the infield is a good walk so please bring something you can carry.

Don’t forget to bring sunblock, something for shade and something to sit on. Paper plates and plastic ware will be provided.

Finally we are asking for a donation of a “garage” sale item ($5-$20) which will be available for purchase to help cover the cost of the Party.

Please no liquor and no dogs (except registered service dogs).

Please help us get the word out and share this notice with your neighbors and friends.
