Garden supplies, beer making supplies, fabric, yarn, doll house, wood stove and much more.

Community Breakfast

Don’t forget the Fourth Annual Red, White and Blue Community Breakfast 9-11 a.m. next Saturday, July 5 at the Community Center. Great food, great conversation, community updates and news including information on our first annual community photo contest.

A continuing community thanks to Keir, David and crew for making the breakfast happen.

Santa Fe Canyon Ranch

The following notice is in regard to the remaining non-County owned portion of the approved Santa Fe Canyon Ranch Development.

“Ranch at Santa Fe Canyon LLC is asking to have 845 acres separated from the master plan for Santa Fe Canyon Ranch and to be allowed one swimming pool. Development Permit #13-5131 with hearings before the County Development Review Committee at 4 p.m. July 17 and before the County Commission at 5 p.m. on August 12.”

This proposed separation will be discussed at the LCVA Board meeting on July 7. LCVA understands the separation is to allow the 845 acres to be sold to a single family who intend to maintain the property as a ranch. LCVA also understands the family will also be purchasing the water rights connected to the property.
